Through our platform, students can access a wide range of educational resources, including lectures, tutorials, and interactive learning modules, from the comfort of their own homes. Additionally, our platform facilitates hands-on industrial training experiences, allowing students to gain practical skills and industry exposure in their chosen fields.

• Agreement: This term refers to the whole contract between Pure Professional Skill Development Institute and the customer or students, which includes these terms, the enrollment form, and any applicable credit agreements for a distance learning package.

• Business Day: Any day that the clearing banks in the City of Delhi, India, are open for business, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.

• Customer/Student: Denotes the person Pure Professional Skill Development Institute would give distance learning courses to, as identified on the enrollment form.

• Distance Learning/Online Course: The term "distance learning" or "online course" refers to the delivery of services for the course(s) listed on the enrollment form (or any other course(s) agreed to in writing by Pure Professional Skill Development Institute), including all relevant materials, support, and tuition.

• Document: Includes all textual materials, drawings, maps, plans, diagrams, designs, images, cassettes, disks, and other media containing information in any form.

• Enrollment Form: This is the form that the customer or students filled out and gave to Pure Professional Skill Development Institute (along with payment for the Distance Learning Package), outlining the course(s) they have enrolled in and the fees they are responsible for paying.

• Fees: Refers to the "Non-Refundable Fees" that the Customer must pay in accordance with the terms of Pure Professional Skill Development Institute

• Pure Professional Pvt. Ltd.: This document will refer to Pure Professional Skill Development Institute as "The Institute of Professional Accountants."

• Intellectual Property Rights: Includes all applications for, renewals of, and extensions of patents, inventions, copyrights, trademarks, trade names, trade dress, goodwill, designs, software, and other intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, throughout the world.

• Materials: This word refers to the educational and training materials, which include all records, information, data, documents, and materials supplied by Pure Professional Skill Development Institute in connection with a distance learning course. This also applies to any replacement textbooks, learning aids, and training materials in the event that the Distance Learning Package is transferred in compliance with the terms.

• Non-Transferable Courses: Courses that are not transferable include CD-ROM courses, courses from resellers, and courses that are not tuition-based.

• Services: That refers to the detailed distance learning services that Pure Professional Skill Development Institute would provide to the customer as part of the distance learning package.

• Assistance Period: This is the amount of time Pure Professional Skill Development Institute will give the customer assistance for the stated distance learning package.

• Software: Any software given to the customer by Pure Professional Skill Development Institute as a part of the distance learning package is referred to as software.
